Jeff has led on the significant inward investment and regeneration that Broxbourne is currently seeing.  Blackstone and Hudson Pacific (BHP) recently announced its multi-million pound film studios, Sunset Studios Waltham Cross in the south of the Borough.  This is BHP’s first film studios outside of the US.  The studios will be near to a site proposed for a hyperscale data centre by a multi-national technology company sitting alongside a Council owned business and technology centre.    These investments are in addition to the Council’s own JV with the County Council to deliver a new town centre for the Borough including 400,000ft2 retail and leisure with 1,500 new homes.

Broxbourne were winners of the Entrepreneurial Council of the Year award in 2017 awarded because of a combination of efficiency savings and an ambitious commercialisation programme.
