inward investment and regeneration that Broxbourne is currently seeing. Blackstone and Hudson Pacific (BHP) recently

The studios will be near to a site proposed for a hyperscale data centre
by a multi-national technology company sitting alongside a Council owned

Broxbourne were winners of the
Entrepreneurial Council of the Year award

efficiency savings and an ambitious commercialisation programme.
