Helen Bailey is the Chief Executive of the London Borough of Sutton, she has previously served as CE of Islington and North Somerset councils. Previously Helen has worked in central government, at HMT as Director of Public Services; for the Mayor of London, leading MOPAC; and as a management consultant for several different organisations. Helen is an experienced award judge.
