Pranali is a leader in place shaping and delivering developments for the purpose of economic growth and community benefits. Being part of senior leadership team responsible for the alliance of three district and borough councils in Lincolnshire, Pranali is delivering growth and regeneration by bringing together planning, economic development, town centre management, regeneration, housing delivery, property, regulatory services, environmental maintenance, emergency planning and climate change functions in both urban and rural context. She has gained first-hand experience of place shaping in both Unitary and two tier authorities. This has allowed her the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to place and growth by connecting these distinct yet complimentary disciplines and focus on shaping communities that thrive.
