Lucy is Assistant Director for Corporate Development at the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, with responsibilities for human resources, organisational development and design, leadership development and talent management and workforce planning. Lucy also leads on equality, diversity, inclusion and social value for the combined authority. Providing strategic direction for embedding EDI practice across the Combined Authority and developing innovative approaches to ensure the workforce is reflective of the communities it serves.
