He has successfully delivered high performance, innovation and productivity improvements in a range of environments, including local government, a national housing provider, the UK's fifth-largest airport and the Royal Air Force. With nearly 20 years experience as a Local Authority Chief Executive, Trevor is recognised for building high-performing teams, fostering a strong delivery culture and leading through change. He has extensive experience working within diverse political, economic and community settings. Currently Managing Director of the shared staffing ‘One Team’ supporting Broadland and South Norfolk Councils, Trevor has also served on the boards of Broadland Growth Ltd and Big Sky Ltd, helping to deliver economic growth and housing opportunities across the area.
