Roretti - we’re public servants, just like you.

Who we are

We help local authorities build capacity and capability to respond to today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities. Our team have all worked in the sector and understand the pressures of running public services – delivering more for less, responding to national crises, innovating, changing, improving – it can be tough to achieve it all at once.

That’s where we come in. We work with chief executives, executive directors and their wider teams to co-design organisational models, structures and ways of working so that you can sustain delivery of services to your communities. We don’t have all the answers, but we engage your teams, ask insightful questions, listening deeply, and provide tailored, practical solutions that help move your organisation from where it is now to where you want it to be.

What we do

We have worked with over 30 local authorities to support them at three levels:

• Place - developing business cases for local government reorganisation, co-designing visions, strategies and models for the community with strategic partners, and building capacity in the community to deliver.
• Organisation - redesigning organisational operating models to adapt to current challenges and build resilience for what lies ahead. This includes those needing to deliver better outcomes with a reduced budget, transforming governance to deliver political priorities, and intensive improvement support to councils on the edge of or in statutory intervention.
• Service – reviewing, redesigning and implementing new models of care and support in children and education services, adult services and health; including responding to regulator judgements, shaping and delivering improvement plans.
