
Jes Ladva is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson, a leading global executive headhunter, with specific responsibility for leading
Odgers’ Interim Management Practice for Government and with additional responsibility for Odgers Interim’s Financial
Services, Digital, Data and Technology Practices. Jes also leads the company’s management consultancy division, Odgers
Connect, which enables him to offer clients organisation change management capabilities alongside interim managers.
Jes has over 20 years’ experience in the sector having initially worked in government. He then went on to establish a
number of interim, search and consultancy firms in the sector, most recently operating as a chief executive of a specialist
interim management and executive search company. He is widely recognised in the sector as a trusted advisor, capable of
identifying and developing aspiring talent in line with the current and future challenges experienced across both local and
central government.
Jes has been a proud supporter of public sector leadership, often having spoken at events advocating the merits of leaders
in the public sector. Jes is also a director of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation where he has worked at
ministerial level to ensure high standards across the industry and was involved in the influential Women in Boards working
group on promoting gender equality at executive levels.
