Geoff is the chief officer responsible for all council operations. He was appointed by the council in October 2015 after five years with the city council. Geoff’s previous experience includes working as director of Design, Strategy & Planning at the London Development Agency, the Housing Corporation (now Homes & Communities Agency) as National Housing Investment Manager and he was Head of Strategic Options at HM Treasury.

To manage the stresses and strains of a busy job, Geoff regularly keeps fit at the gym and has studied Shiatsu massage and the martial art Wing Chun.
