Luton London BC
Norfolk-born, Trevor served in the RAF for 24 years, attaining the rank of Wing Commander. After moving into local government, he became Chief Executive to Luton Borough Council in 2010.
Trevor is at the forefront of driving change within Luton Borough Council. Responding to ongoing austerity cuts, he has moved the council to a model focussing on the resident whilst driving down costs, delivering value, and growing income through trading activities. He is the architect of the Luton Investment Framework, delivering in excess of £1.5bn of inward investment to the town.
Trevor is also Chief Executive of London Luton Airport Limited, currently the fastest growing airport in the country, benefitting the local, regional and national economies. Trevor is Chair of YouTurn (a charity assisting young offenders). He is also on the Board of Luton in Harmony.
In his free time, Trevor is a keen (if slow) road runner.
