Tracy is the Strategic Director (Corporate Resources) for South Derbyshire District Council. She has worked in local government for 16 years across a number of housing, finance and corporate roles.

A chartered accountant, Tracy is passionate about financial sustainability and the enabling role finance has in delivering positive community and place outcomes. In 2020 her work was recognised in the LGC Awards, having been shortlisted in the Rising Star category for her work in transforming financial management.
