Helen Bailey is the Chief Executive of the London Borough of Sutton and has previously served as CE of two other councils. She is an experienced public servant, having previously been the Director of Public Services at HM Treasury and Chief Officer of the Mayor's Office of Policing and Crime, overseeing the Metropolitan Police. Helen brings experience as a management consultant and as Non Exec. Her trusteeships include the Leadership Centre for Local Government, the Centre for Governance and scrutiny and the Guys and St thomas Charitable Foundation. Helen is an experienced award judge.
