Simon Jones is the Director of Communications for Westco and trains public sector communication teams across the UK in campaign strategy and planning. He is a judge of the LGC Campaign of the Year as well as a GCS Gold Campaign Winner. Simon has worked at Director-level in local government communications and policy since 2007. He was awarded a Fellowship of the PRCA in 2020 in recognition of his services to PR and communications. Before serving in local government, Simon was an award-winning national and regional journalist and editor in the UK and overseas.
