Rob has over 30 years’ experience working in Local Government and is Joint Chief Executive of the largest District Council partnership in history. Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council are leading the sub economic region of the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership as a new model for Local Government. The Partnership Councils serve 306,000 residents over a geography of 1,112 square miles. The Partnership is shaping regional policy and securing resources to tackle the area’s ‘wicked issues’. In the 2022 LGC Awards, the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership won the Public/Public Award.
