Ian Fytche is Chief Executive of North Kesteven District Council in Lincolnshire. The council has a strong track record on climate action, housing delivery, community focused service delivery, and economic development. North Kesteven is also an Investors in People gold employer and was LGC Housing Authority of the Year in 2022. Ian was previously Director and Chief Operating Officer as Sport England, responsible for sports strategy in England, and investment in major project delivery for Wembley Stadium, the Commonwealth Games and the English Institute of Sport. Ian began his career in the construction sector.
