With her entire professional career in Local Government, Anne-Marie is steeped in local government experience. As a solicitor and former Monitoring Officer, Anne-Marie is focussed on having truly effective assurance frameworks, which ensures that any issue that the Council faces is dealt with. Anne-Marie is leading the transformation of Torbay, as a Council and as a place, and is the very proud current holder of the LGC Most Improved Council of the Year award.
