Andy is the Chief Executive of East Staffordshire Borough Council in the heart of the Midlands. He is always keen to support elected members of all political colours, communities and businesses through challenging circumstances, including recently helping establish a suite of cost of living support measures for residents; as well as establishing freedom of the borough status for its Windrush generation. Andy is co-lead CEO for the District Councils Network's Health, Housing and Hardship workstream. He holds a degree and MBA from the University of Warwick and is an academy trustee at his local state Grammar School.
