Chief Executive of Harlow Council since December 2022. Prior to that he was Director of Strategic Growth and Regeneration at Harlow, leading the Council’s work on development activities, planning and the Harlow & Gilston & Garden Town. Andrew has worked in the field of urban regeneration for more than 30 years and was previously Project Director for the Harlow Enterprise Zone, the CEO of Harlow Renaissance Ltd (2006 – 2011) and of Cityside Regeneration in Tower Hamlets (1997 – 2004).
